The "knitter" at Dropped Stitch is actually a community
of knitters. Lyn, who works at the store has been knitting for over 40 years. Many other individuals
who make up the Dropped Stitch "knitting community" have been knitting as long if not longer. There
aren't many knitting issues that this knitting community cannot solve and we dearly love a challenge.

Dropped Stitch was founded in 1997.
Starting as a cooperative format, Dropped Stitch has grown over the years and maintains a small storefront in Michigan.
